How did our story begin?

We founded Legal HR because we noticed how complicated and stressful the legalization process is for employers and the challenges they face.

As people who have gone through these procedures ourselves, we fully understand the frustration associated with incomprehensible regulations and constant changes in the law.

Our goal was to simplify this process – both for companies that want to legally employ foreigners and for foreigners themselves seeking stability in Poland. Today, after more than a decade of operation, we help hundreds of companies and thousands of foreigners to successfully go through legalization processes without stress or complications.

Responsible business is the foundation of our operation – in Legal HR, ESG principles are not a slogan, but everyday life.
