Privacy Policy

We care about your privacy and transparency – check
how we protect data and on what principles we process it.

Cookies and other tracking technologies

Our website uses cookies.
Cookies are small text information stored on your end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.), which can be read by our IT system (first-party cookies) or the IT system of third parties (third-party cookies).
Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e., after closing it (so-called session cookies). Other cookies are stored on your end device and enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit the website (persistent cookies).
More details can be found below.

Consent to cookies

When you first visit the website, you are presented with information about the use of cookies. A special tool allows you to manage cookies from the website. Furthermore, you can always change cookie settings in your browser or delete cookies altogether. Browsers manage cookie settings in different ways. You’ll find instructions on how to change cookie settings in your browser’s help menu.
Please remember that disabling or limiting the use of cookies may cause difficulties in using our website, as well as many other websites that use cookies.

Own cookies

We use our own cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the website, in particular the ordering process and logging into the user account.

Third-party cookies

Our website, like most websites today, utilizes features provided by third parties, which involves the use of third-party cookies. The use of these cookies is described below.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a tool provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. We do this based on our legitimate interest in generating and analyzing statistics to optimize our websites.

Google Analytics automatically collects information about your use of our website. The information collected is typically transferred to a Google server in the United States and stored there.

Due to our IP anonymization feature, your IP address is shortened before being transmitted. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the United States and shortened there. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is generally not combined with other Google data.
Because Google LLC is headquartered in the US and uses technical infrastructure located in the US, it has joined the EU-US-Privacy Shield program to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection required by European law. As part of the agreement between the US and the European Commission, the latter has determined that companies certified under the Privacy Shield provide an adequate level of data protection.

You can prevent the collection of data collected by cookies and relating to your use of our website by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by installing the browser plug-in available at this address.

We also collect demographic and interest data through Google Analytics. You can decide whether or not to consent to the collection of such data through cookie settings directly on our website.

If you are interested in details related to data processing within Google Analytics, we encourage you to read the explanations prepared by Google.

Social tools

Our websites use plug-ins and other social media tools provided by social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.

When you view our website containing such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the social media administrators (service providers). The plugin’s content is transferred directly to your browser by the provider and integrated into the website. This integration informs the service providers that your browser has viewed our website, even if you do not have a profile with the provider or are not currently logged in. This information (along with your IP address) is sent directly by your browser to the provider’s server (some servers are located in the USA) and stored there.

If you are logged in to one of the social networking sites, the service provider will be able to directly assign your visit to our website to your profile on the given social networking site.

If you use a given plug-in, e.g. by clicking the “Like” or “Share” button, the corresponding information will also be sent directly to the server of the given service provider and stored there.

Furthermore, this information will be published on the relevant social networking site and will be visible to people you’ve added as your contacts. The purpose and scope of data collection and its further processing and use by service providers, as well as contact options and your rights in this regard, and the ability to configure settings to protect your privacy are described in the privacy policies of individual service providers.

If you don’t want social media platforms to directly associate data collected during your visit to our website with your profile on that service, you must log out of that service before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent plugins from loading on the website by using appropriate browser extensions, such as script blockers.

Server logs

Using the website involves sending queries to the server where the website is stored. Each query sent to the server is recorded in the server logs.

Logs include, among other things, your IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and operating system you are using. Logs are saved and stored on the server.

The data stored in server logs is not associated with specific people using the website and is not used by us to identify you.

Server logs are only auxiliary material used to administer the website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone other than persons authorized to administer the server.

Newsletter

If you would like to subscribe to our newsletter, you must provide us with your email address via the newsletter subscription form. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to subscribe to the newsletter.

Email contact

When you contact us via email, including by sending an inquiry via the contact form, you naturally provide us with your email address as the sender’s address. Furthermore, you may also include other personal data in your message. Providing this data is voluntary, but necessary to establish contact.

In this case, your data is processed for the purpose of contacting you, and the basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e., your consent resulting from initiating contact with us. The legal basis for processing after contact is the legitimate purpose of archiving correspondence for internal purposes (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).

The content of your correspondence may be archived, and we cannot clearly determine when it will be deleted. You have the right to request a history of your correspondence with us (if it was archived), as well as to request its deletion, unless archiving is justified by our overriding interests, such as defending against potential claims from you.

Surveys, inquiries and other forms

The website may contain various types of surveys, inquiries, and other forms in which you can enter personal data. If you complete and submit such a form, the personal data contained therein will be processed solely for the purpose of handling the survey, inquiry, or other purpose of the form. The content of correspondence may be archived.
